Preguntas frecuentes

He perdido mi partida al cambiar de teléfono.: La partida vive en el dispositivo y no hay cuentas, así que no viaja sola. Una copia de seguridad del teléfono restaurada en el nuevo sí la conserva.
He comprado Rodaria Completo y sigo viendo anuncios.: Entra en Tienda y toca «Restaurar compras». Si sigue igual, escríbenos con el correo de tu cuenta de la tienda (App Store o Google Play) y lo revisamos.
¿Puedo quitar los anuncios personalizados?: Sí. En Ajustes → «Opciones de privacidad» puedes cambiar o retirar tu consentimiento cuando quieras. En iOS también vale con denegar el permiso de seguimiento: el juego funciona exactamente igual.
No consigo aprobar un examen de licencia.: Los exámenes están medidos para el coche de esa letra con las mejoras razonables de ese momento, y se pueden repetir todas las veces que quieras sin coste. Si el tiempo se te resiste, sube el agarre: es la mejora que más recorta por vuelta.
El diario mundial no me carga.: Necesita conexión. Si no la hay, el resto del juego sigue funcionando entero; el diario vuelve solo cuando la recuperas.
Quiero que borréis mis marcas del marcador.: Se borran solas a los 30 días. Si las quieres fuera antes, escríbenos con tu alias y la fecha aproximada.

FAQ

I lost my progress when I changed phones.: Progress lives on the device and there are no accounts, so it doesn't travel by itself. A device backup restored on the new phone does keep it.
I bought Rodaria Complete but I still see ads.: Open the Shop and tap "Restore purchases". If that doesn't fix it, write to us with the email of your store account (App Store or Google Play) and we'll look into it.
Can I turn off personalized ads?: Yes. Settings → "Privacy options" lets you change or withdraw consent at any time. On iOS, declining the tracking permission does the same: the game plays exactly the same.
I can't pass a licence exam.: Exams are measured for that letter's car with the sensible upgrades of that moment, and you can retry as many times as you like at no cost. If the time keeps escaping you, raise grip: it's the upgrade that saves the most per lap.
The world daily won't load.: It needs a connection. Without one the rest of the game works in full, and the daily comes back on its own.
Please delete my leaderboard entries.: They delete themselves after 30 days. If you want them gone sooner, write to us with your alias and the approximate date.
